Killeen Mall Welcomes New Additions: HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls Set to Open in Renovated Space

According to TDLR Records, it looks like shoppers in Killeen will soon have more options as HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls are set to open their doors at Killeen Mall. An existing structure at the mall is undergoing a transformation to accommodate the three new stores, enhancing the shopping experience for residents.

Located at 2100 South W.S. Young Dr, the Killeen Mall’s renovation project kicked off on June 1, 2024, with a completion date targeted for August 31, 2024. The project, valued at an estimated $2.5 million, is focused on the renovation and alteration of an existing building. This undertaking involves the demolition of interior finishes to divide the space into three separate store shells. Additionally, each new shell space will be enhanced with an added entry canopy, alongside the provision of a new roof.

Spanning a total of 68,200 square feet, the revamped space is poised to offer a refreshed and modern shopping environment. The project, which is privately funded and situated on private land, underscores the growing retail sector’s commitment to enriching the local community’s lifestyle and shopping options.

The introduction of HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls to the Killeen Mall marks a significant boost to the area’s retail landscape, promising a variety of affordable fashion, home decor, and more. The strategic location within Bell County ensures that the new stores are well-positioned to serve the needs of Killeen’s diverse community.

With the project underway, local shoppers and the broader community eagerly anticipate the completion of the renovation. These new additions to the Killeen Mall are expected to attract more visitors, support local employment, and contribute to the vibrancy of the area’s retail offerings.
