In the most recent 12 months, from November 2024 through October 2025, K&M produced $2,082,364 in revenue, averaging roughly $173,500 per month — a 51.5 percent increase in annual sales since his first year.
Founder Ken Moncebaiz, who launched K&M Steam Cleaning in 1996, said Flash’s leadership has been instrumental in the company’s evolution.
