Waco to Welcome New Wienerschnitzel Restaurant with Drive-Through in 2025

A new Wienerschnitzel restaurant is set to open in Waco, Texas, bringing a fresh dining option to the community. Slated for completion in November 2025, the project at 305 S. Valley Mills Dr., in McLennan County, marks a significant investment in the local food scene with an estimated cost of $1,000,000.

The new establishment, occupying 1,490 square feet, is designed as a single-story, freestanding structure. It will feature a drive-through for convenient service, alongside limited seating both inside and outside, catering to various customer preferences. The construction, scheduled to begin on February 3, 2025, is entirely privately funded and situated on private land for private use.

This new addition to Waco’s culinary offerings underscores the city’s ongoing growth and the expanding appetite for diverse food service options in the region.
