Viva Cow Dog & Café serves a distinctive breakfast menu from Wednesday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The offerings include the Brisket Biscuit, made with house-made buttermilk biscuits, smoked brisket from The Dogg House, peppered red-eye gravy, and a fried egg. For those seeking a lighter start, the café offers Avocado Toast topped with a fried egg.
Post-breakfast, the Cow Dog Food Truck continues to serve its beloved hot dogs from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additionally, the café teased the future introduction of Dogg House BBQ, promising more savory options to its patrons.
