In response to the ongoing crisis caused by Hurricane Milton on the East Coast, Governor Greg Abbott has directed the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to deploy over 100 troopers to Florida to support relief efforts. Among those deployed are more than 30 troopers from the North Texas Region, who were photographed today as they prepared for their mission.
As these brave men and women embark on their journey to aid fellow Americans affected by the hurricane, Texas officials urge the public to keep them in their thoughts. The troopers will assist in various recovery operations, providing much-needed support to Florida during this challenging time.
