The City of Corpus Christi is thrilled to announce the completion of new facilities at Surfside Park in North Beach. The enhancements, made possible through the combined efforts of Bond 2020 and SHOT funds, aim to provide a more enjoyable and accessible experience for families and visitors.

The new amenities at Surfside Park include restrooms, a parking lot, and a creative play area, all designed with family-friendliness and accessibility in mind. Notably, the design features elevated restrooms and a raised park area to ensure safety from flooding, making Surfside Park a reliable destination for family gatherings, community activities, and relaxing walks along the boardwalk with panoramic bayfront views.
The City of Corpus Christi extends its gratitude to the community members and the North Beach Homeowners Association for their invaluable contributions. Special thanks also go to SpawGlass Contractors Inc. and MIG for their partnership in bringing this project to fruition.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to explore and enjoy the beautiful new space at Surfside Park. The improved facilities are set to enhance the North Beach experience, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.
