Tiff’s Treats, the original warm cookie delivery company, is expanding its presence across Texas through a combination of delivery-only outposts and retail storefronts. This dual approach allows the Austin-based company to bring its baked-to-order treats to more customers in both small and large markets.
We noticed the new Abilene location, a smaller market area than typical for Tiff’s Treats, and asked CEO Leon Chen about it. “This is not a trial, we are delivering in Abilene through our delivery-only outpost. No storefront, but same baked-to-order warm cookie delivery. We’re the only cookie company in the nation that does bake-to-order; your cookies are made just for you and packaged directly from the oven.”
The latest expansion includes delivery outposts in Amarillo, San Angelo, Corpus Christi, Tyler, Brownsville, Odessa/Midland, Weslaco, and Victoria. These hubs enable Tiff’s Treats to offer the same fresh-from-the-oven cookies without the need for a physical storefront. Customers can place orders online or through the Tiff’s Treats mobile app, ensuring their cookies are made just for them and delivered warm.
In addition to the delivery outposts, Tiff’s Treats is also expanding its retail footprint, with new storefronts complementing delivery services in cities like Denver, Colorado, and Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. This strategy allows the company to serve a broader audience while maintaining the convenience and quality customers expect.
“Our delivery outposts are in conjunction with our retail storefront expansion; we will be expanding with both,” said Leon Chen. “We have opened delivery outposts in Southern California, Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky, and several locations in Texas, alongside outposts that complement flagship stores in Denver, CO, and Raleigh/Durham, NC. We have many more planned this year, as the program is going so well and customers are really loving the ability to send and receive Tiff’s Treats all over.”
The company, founded by Tiffany and Leon Chen while they were sophomores at The University of Texas at Austin, has grown significantly since its inception in 1999. What started as a small operation with $20, a cell phone, and a dream has evolved into a business with over 120 locations nationwide, including Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, North Carolina, Florida, Oklahoma, California, Kentucky, and New Mexico.
Residents in these new Texas locations and beyond can enjoy a variety of cookie flavors, including classics like Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle, as well as a rotating Flavor of the Month.
