CoCo Shrimp Expands Footprint with New College Station Location

CoCo Shrimp, celebrated for its Hawaiian-style shrimp dishes, is opening a new location in College Station. Situated at Century Square, 1135 Century Square, the new restaurant is scheduled for completion by September 9, 2024.

The $325,000 project includes the construction and build-out of a 2,725-square-foot space in Brazos County. CoCo Shrimp, founded by Isaac and Lauren Hadley in 2016, began as a food truck inspired by the vibrant food culture of Hawaii. Over the years, it has expanded into a popular chain with multiple Texas locations, each featuring unique murals and a welcoming ambiance.

From its humble beginnings in a converted ambulance to its current expansion, CoCo Shrimp remains dedicated to delivering authentic Hawaiian flavors and a relaxed dining experience. The College Station location will bring the essence of the North Shore of Oahu to the local community.
