Coffee aficionados in Woodway will soon have a fresh spot to enjoy their favorite brews. Starbucks Coffee has declared the construction of a brand-new store at 193 Archway Dr, conveniently situated at the intersection of Hwy 84 & Texas Central Pkwy.
Occupying a 2,075 square-foot space, this Starbucks outlet is nestled in McLennan County. The establishment will reside within an existing shell, with the project scope encompassing the creation of a dedicated tenant space specifically for Starbucks Coffee. The construction, which commences on December 4, 2023, includes the installation of interior partitions, state-of-the-art lighting, HVAC systems, drive-thru equipment, interior finishes, and the latest coffee equipment. Completion is scheduled for February 9, 2024.
The total investment for this venture is estimated at $400,000. This new addition to the Woodway community not only offers a cozy corner for coffee lovers but also signifies growth and opportunities in the local business landscape.
