Gelu Italian Ice (Waco), the popular dessert trailer dedicated to serving “Waco and surrounding areas of Central Texas the best Italian Ice there is,” recently opened a brick and mortar location at 614 N Robinson Dr., Robinson, TX 76706. The shop is open from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
